Today Only I found absolutely fortuitous that more than a month and a half ago has died Alberto Borsari. The news from the Internet blog reported the date of his death on October 11.
Borari Alberto was one of the greatest jazz harmonica players, not just Italians. Excellent technique, great knowledge of harmony, a wonderful sound.
I saw two of his concerts: one at the legendary terminus, in the second half of the 90s and another in the Villa Reale in Monza with Silvia Donati, one of the most talented singers of our jazz. Wonderful its so-called "2-5-1" and "Alfonsina y el mar". News that m'intristisce much. Although we met only once, more than ten years ago, there was a passion and a life spent in the same instrument that is only now I realize that we share more than I ever imagined.
